Signing in

• Sign in at stage.dv4.ai/login with your email address and password. New here? Create an account.
• Forgot your password? Choose Reset password on the sign-in page and we will email you a link.
• Didn't get the email that confirms your address? Check your spam folder, then write to us.

Your plan and usage

• See your plan, how many videos you have left this month and when they start again under Usage & limits in the app's account menu.
• Your videos count by the month from the day you signed up: joined on the 20th, they start again on the 20th (UTC). Videos refused by our safety checks don't count.
• Prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page. DV4 does not take payments yet.

Your videos

• A 30-second 1080p video is usually ready in about five minutes. You can follow each shot as it is planned, filmed and checked.
• Finished videos are kept for 30 days. Download any video you want to keep.
• A video that was refused shows why. DV4 never makes sexual or adult content, real public figures, or the other things listed in the Terms. If you think a refusal is wrong, write to us.

DV4 in your AI assistant

DV4 can make videos from inside ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. The address is https://stage.dv4.ai/mcp; the steps for each assistant are on the AI assistants page.

• When the assistant asks, sign in with your DV4 account and choose Approve.
• Videos started from an assistant count against your plan, like videos started in the app.
• To disconnect, remove DV4 from the apps or connectors in the assistant's settings.

Your account and data

• Change your name under Profile in the app's account menu.
• To delete your account and everything in it, email us from your account's address.
• For a copy of your data or any other privacy request, see the Privacy Policy.
